Jim Ladd, the famous DJ and producer, defender of Rock and free format radio, has died at the age of 75.
He is known for his interviews with the most famous musical artists and in our interest especially in his participation in the album Radio K.A.O.S by Roger Waters where he plays a radio announcer.
He also accompanied Waters on his North American tour where he received calls from fans from a phone booth on stage asking questions to which Waters answered.
And also Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers dedicated the song The Last DJ to him
Rest in peace.
